Care Instructions

Keep out of direct light

Dried/preserved flowers are delicate, treat with love and care

Do not place stems in humidity

Each bouquet and arrangement is handmade to order. Ingredients may vary based on availability. Color palette will remain the same. Please note, shedding may occur during shipping.

In-store shopping and pickup 

We take cash in-store and offer contact-free pickup. You can also place an order online and pick it up at the shop in Hoboken, simply select in-store pick-up at checkout.

Same-day pickup is available.

Returns

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Shipping & Handling

Please note, order processing may take up to 5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will get a notification via email with tracking. Thank you for your understanding.

At this time we don’t offer international shipping.

Orders are delivered via U.S. only and 2-day shipping, via major carriers: UPS, Fedex and USPS.

Same day delivery is not possible at this time, but you are able to pick-up orders at the store.

Exchanges and Returns

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations:

 

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email using the contact form on our site.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All sales are final unless the order is incorrect or arrives defective, damaged, or in poor condition.
